Suspension forks for tandems are very specialized products that most fork manufacturers do not produce, and the manufacturers that do almost never list these models among their products. Over the years, we've worked with several companies who have designed and/or modified their suspension forks for tandem use, and we are able to offer these tandem-specific forks to you. The forks we carry have been modified to stand up to the heavier loads placed on them by off-road tandem use, or are already designed and built to tandem-level standards. The key to finding the right fork for your tandem is to match your team's weight and riding style and your tandem frame's design with the proper type and size fork, with the proper spring rate and damping. The fork can then be fine tuned to meet your tandem's individual performance needs. So before choosing a fork, talk to us about your riding style and other factors that affect fork performance. 	The Maverick DUC 32 Fork  Highlights: 6" (150mm) of air sprung, oil damped travel. Run it open at six inches while riding or, with the flick of a switch, reduce it to 4" (100mm) of travel while climbing technical terrain. The Upper tubes and lower crown are welded together, a much lighter and stiffer method of building then bolting or pressing the legs into the crown (50mm upper tubes, 32mm lower stanchions). External rebound adjustment. True quick release dropouts, act much like a ski boot binding. Maverick's integrated stem (included) bolts directly to the upper crown. Three stem lengths are available: 70mm, 90mm, and 105mm. Stem weight: 130 grams. The upper crown is available in three different profiles: low, medium and high, to fit a variety of frame sizes.
