Slickshift chainrings. Using our precise system of ramps and pins to aid shifting performance. Evidence enough of the performance increase is shown with our 29T-44T Duo chainset, not only producing a dramatic weight saving but also providing a slick gearing range ideal for the UK terrain.

• Middleburn chainrings are available in 4-Arm (104/64BCD), Compact Drive (94/58BCD 5 arm), ATB (110/74BCD 5-arm) and Shimano XTR960 bolt patterns.

• All Middleburn Chainrings are machined from 7075T6 alloy and comply with industry standard fitments. This means they are compatible with almost any MTB chainset on the market today.

• Middleburn offer two types of machining on their chainrings: Slickshift Chainrings have ramps and pins to aid the change from one ring to another, and Standard Chainrings don't have ramps or pins.

• Middleburn offer two different chainring finishes:

1. Anodizing, in black, silver, red or blue, or
2. Hardcoat, a Teflon-impregnated ceramic coating which only comes in grey, see the chart below for availability.
