Terms & Conditions Your Fandango tandem is created to order. Build time normally takes 1-4 weeks days, so plan accordingly. Complete tandems are shipped from our shop in Canton, Georgia via surface freight carriers (truck freight, not small package carriers) in an oversized tandem box. Box size is 86" x 9" x 32". Approximate shipping weight of the boxed tandem with packing materials is 66lbs to 75lbs.. Insured shipping usually costs between $250.00 and $400.00 (+ -) in the continental US, depending on destination, and usually takes approximately 5 days to most areas. We also ship complete tandems and frames internationally. Frames can be shipped in the ConUS via ground UPS. Shipping costs are not included in tandem prices! Tandems are shipped 95% assembled. You will need to install the seatposts, bars, front wheel and saddles. We strongly recommend professional assembly by a qualified bicycle mechanic. MTB Tandems will credit you up to $35.00 towards the cost of professional assembly with paid receipt. You are welcome to pick up your tandem, and we will assemble and adjust the bike for you when you do. Personal delivery service is also available in parts of GA, NC, TN, and AL. If you pick up your tandem at our shop, you have to pay 7% Georgia sales tax. Payment is due in full when we ship your bike. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and good ole' US currency. Substitutions for our standard build kits are available; just ask! Specifications are subject to change at any time. You will be informed at the time of order of any change in specifications. Manufacturer's warranties apply to all components. The frame is warranted for two (2) years from the date of manufacture, for defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by inappropriate uses of the bicycle. Georgia Residents add 7% sales tax.

Custom Orders: We welcome your custom order. We will work with any manufacturer whose products are warranted for off-road tandem use. If for some reason we cannot accommodate your custom order, we will help you find someone who can. We may require a deposit at the time you place your order for custom frames and bikes. The amount of deposit is based on the individual frame builders' requirements. The remainder of payment is due when we receive your frame from the manufacturer.
