Complete bikes come professionally assembled and outfitted to our specifications. That means you get a complete package, ready to ride, out of the box. Professsional assembly is included in the price. In most cases you can choose to upgrade various components including but not limited to adding S&S Machine's Bicycle Torque Couplings, various different shock absorbers, shifting systems, suspension forks and of course frame colors. We will work carefully with you and the builders to ensure your new off-road tandem is the right tandem for your needs. Most importantly of all, we'll make sure your tandem is sized properly for you and your riding partners and tuned to ensure you get the best possible performance from your tandem given your intended use and riding style. Custom Orders: We welcome your custom order. We will work with any manufacturer whose products are warranted for off-road tandem use. If for some reason we cannot accommodate your custom order, we will help you find someone who can. We may require a deposit at the time you place your order for custom frames and bikes. The amount of deposit is based on the individual frame builders' requirements. The remainder of payment is due when we receive your frame from the manufacturer. If you fail to complete the transaction on your custom order, you will forfeit your deposit. Please see or ORDERING page for more information regarding our parts and ordering policies.
